Michelle is a highly experienced instructor health educator, licensed acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner, having honed her craft for over two decades. She began as a a yoga instructor and baby massage instructor 20+years ago (and has worked with over 1000 families in Ireland (ref Yoga Dublin 2008-2017). Both these practices and experience with its own systems of mind/body connection are the groundwork of all her work which drew her to Chinese medicine and her own business The Wellroom.. Chinese medicine embodys the eastern philosophy of treating the mind, body and emotional aspect of our health. . Acupuncture is her main modality she uses in practice but also provides additional services in the studio such as breathwork, cupping, electronic stimulation, bloodletting and auricular acupuncture. Moreover, Michelle has contributed her skills to ARC Services, where  she delivers complementary acupuncture treatments to patients and families facing the challenges of cancer.
